The more conscious I am of this reality, the more I can experience the beautiful existence of Love that is available to be realized here on Planet Erath by human Beings.

Our Mission
To cultivate Universal Love on Planet Earth, by educating and encouraging people to understand, teach, follow and apply the Principles of Universal Love in all their affairs; so that the world is filled with more acts of kindness and love.
Our Vision
A world populace informed by the Principles of Universal Love, inspired by their truth, convinced of their value, and practicing them practically in all their relations, so Human Beings on Planet Earth are increasingly loving and kind – i.e., Universal Love is the reality on Planet Earth

IRUL International is constantly working to formulate and articulate the Principles of Universal Love, and update and refine those statements.

IRUL International creates and encourages others to create live and digital content, both books, videos, live theater, and music that espouse those Principles, and encourages people to implement them in their daily lives.
IRUL International sponsors discussions, debates, theatrical works, interactive expirations, musical performances, and Internet content, both through live and online events. The IRUL International thus takes these principles into the streets, parks, museums, galleries, schools, and performing arts venues of the world.
Meet David
David L Monroe, President, obtained an Honors degree in Philosophy of Law from the University of Georgia. After graduating, he spent two years a licensed Christian, and was the campus evangelist at UC Berkeley for a college campus ministry. He later attended law school at the University of Houston, began a legal career as a complex business litigation plaintiff’s attorney in Houston. He is currently a licensed attorney in California and Texas. David has studied various spiritual practices, including Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism, and various alternative methods of energy medicine. He has himself been on a healing journey from the loss of his six and half-year-old daughter, who died in 1990 during his divorce. He made the movie Love Requited, which can be seen on this website. David is currently involved in several feature film productions, making films with IRUL International and independently as well. David is in charge of all operations of the IRUL International as the chief executive, and will carry the vision forward.

Thomas F. Coleman
Thomas F. Coleman, Esq., is a director, and sits on the board in oversight, which involves 4 to 5 meetings a year. Tom is a licensed attorney in Texas. He has experience with Christian ministries, as he was intimately involved with the Lakewood Church in Houston Texas over a span of 40 years. Tom lives in Houston, Texas.
Christina Harden
Christina Harden is a director, and sits on the board in oversight, which involves 4 to 5 meetings a year. Christina has also been involved with Lakewood Church, and is advanced spiritually as an individual. Christina lives in Houston, Texas.
Ron Carter
Ron Carter sits on the board in oversight, which involves 4 to 5 meetings a year. Ron is a director of photography in Film and Television for over 40 years, and lives in Los Angeles, CA. Ron was the President of The Volleyball Organization in Los Angeles for 19 years, and before that founded and ran Sunrise Canyon Video, with a stage and remote production truck.
